Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to run enquiries, fulfil orders, and provide support. This page outlines what is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to customers.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping details, billing details, and order history when you submit forms, request quotes, or place orders.
How we use your information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, process payments, arrange shipping, provide support, and improve service quality. If you opt into marketing, we may also send product updates and newsletter-style announcements.
Marketing preferences
Marketing communications are optional. You can opt in during checkout and unsubscribe from marketing emails later using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.
True North advertising cookies
If you allow advertising cookies, True North uses the Meta Pixel to measure page views, product views, cart additions, checkout starts and confirmed purchases. Meta receives browser and device information, page URLs, product identifiers, currency and purchase values to measure and improve advertising. We do not add your name, email, address or payment details to these pixel events. You can decline without affecting shopping, or change your choice using Advertising cookie preferences on True North pages.
Data security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used to protect data. Information is retained only as long as needed for business, legal, or accounting obligations.
Third-party services
We use trusted third-party services for payments, ecommerce operations, and website hosting. These providers process data as needed to perform their services securely and lawfully.
Contact for privacy requests
If you need access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, contact samuel@samapadesigns.com.au and we will handle your request as soon as reasonably possible.
