Return & Refund Policy – Samapa Designs

At Samapa Designs, all products are custom-made and produced on demand through our fulfilment partner, Printful. Because of the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer error.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Custom design or personalised items

As all items are made to order, please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request a resolution, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued where an item is:

  • Damaged or defective

  • Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item or design)

All refunds and reprints are handled in accordance with Printful’s fulfilment and return policies.
