Orders and payments

Custom work approvals
For custom projects, production starts only after concept approval and payment terms are met. Customers are responsible for checking proofs carefully before final sign-off.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or production variables. Risk passes to the customer once items are delivered to the nominated address.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
